    • Who Will Pay The Duties And Taxes

    SmartPeque will cover the duties and taxes for all the items on SmartPeque.com

    • Package Carrier and Tracking Number:

    The USA and Canada orders are normally delivered by UPS or USPS via a Third-party overseas warehouse. 

    And EU orders are normally delivered by Depot, DHL, GLS, and DPD, via a Third-party overseas warehouse. 

    And for MX orders are normally delivered by UPS or USPS, via a Third-party overseas warehouse. 

    For other regions, please contact our customer service.

    You will receive the tracking number and shipping message from the carrier by the email you provide.

    • Separate Shipments:

    In particular cases, your order may be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

    On infrequent occasions, the delivery may take longer than the shipping time stated above for some reason. And your patience and understanding will be highly appreciated.

    • Notices

    Usually, the package will be processed within 48 hours. PS: the Per Order will cost about  30 working days to delivery. 

    If the product is delivered successfully, we default that the customer has received the goods. If there is any problem with your shipment SmartPeque glad to assist to claim from the carrier company.
